My Paintings Tell Stories

The reason for the Climate Change series is my strong belief in climate change, both as a natural phenomenon and human intervention of industrial greed.  We tend to find the easy way out in disposing of waste materials that damage the ecology, like sulfur and carbon monoxide and other damaging gases that will eventually reach the atmosphere and destroy our diminishing ozone layer, which protects our Earth from the devastating rays of the Sun.  One of my paintings depicts our eventual demise.  It is called (We All Have to Carry the Weight of The World on Our Shoulders).  It shows man with the weight of a falling city on his shoulders, there is a post card Image of what the Earth looked like before, the Sun takes over as there is a burning Earth almost covering the entire Globe.  It also says that we are all responsible for the slow down of the climate change process.  Another painting shows Jesus with his arms stretched out and saying to his Father (Oh Father in Heaven, Please Don't Let Our Beautiful World Look like Theirs).  Two Aliens are holding their planet as a model of what Earth may look like if we do not take care of it now.  The third painting is of an alien looking down on his planet, and waiting for our beautiful earth to look like hers.  That one says (Alien World).  Other paintings carry the same message and one carries a political message to the people on Capital Hill, "to wake up before it's too late."  My other paintings are done in semi impressionistic style.  They are of soldiers of different countries in uniform riding on horseback; I only have two of these paintings and will be doing more in the near future.  However, I do have one more horse painting; it is of an Indian playing polo.  It is in a pure impressionistic style and is now hanging in the William Gordon Gallery, in Hendersonville, North Carolina.  However I just sold one of my soldiers on horseback paintings to a Doctor in Chicago for a good profit and I have a Giclee of it for a showing.
